- Suspected fraud or misrepresentation by a brokerage
- Violation of AML/KYC obligations
- Use of TWA by unlicensed or shell entities
- Unauthorized fund movement or client fund mismanagement
- Use of sanctioned wallets or blacklisted jurisdictions
- Threats to regulatory compliance or market fairness
- Attempts to bypass sovereign legal controls
📄 What to Include in Your Report
For efficient handling, please include:

- All reports are reviewed by TWA’s Internal Compliance and Sovereign Liaison Division
- Your identity will be protected if requested and not disclosed without legal basis
- TWA cooperates fully with global regulators and law enforcement to act on verified threats
